Rich gained a first-class honours degree in Industrial Design and Technology from Brunel University in 2008. Moving on to design products for numerous outdoor companies in the UK, including Pyranha Kayaks and Gelert tents. After an extended stint helping Smurfit Kappa innovation team, Rich founded Outdoor Product Design in 2014, to return to the outdoor sports and recreation markets.
