BRIEF:
Concept development of carabiners to solve known usage limitations.
SOLUTION:
- All CAD, FEA and engineering completed using Solidworks. Tested to meet rigorous strength standards.
- Quick draw design provides a 20% wider gate opening compared to standard design and incorporated a self-locking mechanism to increase safety.
- Traditional carabiner design eliminates cross loading when used with tape or multiple anchors.
